As part of the 2021 Youth Games and in promotion of sport in its different disciplines, the Mayor's Office of Managua del Poder Ciudadano held an evening of boxing, this Friday afternoon, December 3, with 9 amateur fights.
This boxing evening was held at the Róger Deshon gym in the San Judas neighborhood, with the participation of young athletes from the different boxing academies of the Municipality and the TELCOR Academy.
The sporting event was chaired by the Vice Mayor of Managua, Enrique Armas Rosales, who highlighted the efforts made by the Good Government in support of sport, said that this is the 24th boxing evening that takes place through the Managua 2021 Youth Games, in which 1,220 athletes have participated.
He also highlighted that the Managua 2021 Youth Games are a sports platform to promote entertainment, fun and integration opportunities in our capital city.
