United Nations neighborhood celebrates 7 blocks of asphalt coating

Guaranteeing better living conditions, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua carried out the asphalt coating in 7 blocks of the United Nations neighborhood, executed through the Streets for the People 2021 Program, which to date has built 1,217 blocks of the 1,000 242 projected to be served this year, for advance compliance with 98%.

This road improvement work was inaugurated by the Deputy Mayor of Managua, Enrique Armas Rosales, who stated that these streets are part of the 64 new streets that are paved in District V, through this emblematic program.

He also said that this project directly benefits 429 families, with an investment of 5,227,200 cordobas. Likewise, he mentioned that, in this capital neighborhood, the Good Government has invested 41 million 47 thousand 415 córdoba, in the last 12 years, through the execution of 7 projects for road improvement, storm drainage and sanitary sewerage.
