Work progresses satisfactorily on the second stage of 25 Calle

The expansion in the second stage of 25 Street was supervised on the morning of this Tuesday, November 30, by Comrade Fidel Moreno Briones, Secretary General of the Municipality, who indicated that it is expected to be completed in the next 15 days.

This work consists of the construction of a 4-lane asphalt track, which extends from the traffic lights of the old Nunciature to the traffic lights of the Benjamín Zeledón school, which, in addition to the road improvement, includes the construction of 3 vehicular bridges in the area. , 2 kilometers of storm drainage, as well as new connections to the water and sanitation system.

He explained that this project has an investment of 52 million córdobas and at the time of the construction of the San Juan Pablo II track it will work as an alternate route to the north of it.

During this visit, the official shared that the Calles para el Pueblo 2021 Program has completed 1,207 blocks, of the 1,242 projected to be served this year, for advance compliance with 97%.
