More paved streets receive 535 families from Villa Austria

Ensuring progress and a future for Nicaraguan families, on the morning of this Saturday, November 27, the asphalt coating of 8 new blocks was inaugurated in Villa Austria in District VII, as part of the Calles para el Pueblo 2021 Program, which plans to complete 1,000 242 new streets and to date carries an advance of the 95% of compliance.

These new blocks had an investment of 4 million 110 thousand córdobas and provide better living conditions for the 535 families of this community.

The work was inaugurated by comrade Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of Managua, who congratulated the benefited residents and reiterated the commitment of the Sandinista Government to continue restoring the rights of families.

Likewise, he announced that, in the last 10 years, the Municipality has invested 7 million 116 thousand córdobas in works for the common good in this sector, with the execution of road improvement projects, storm drainage and the construction of 2 decent houses.
