Obstacle racing championship a success

In a healthy and recreational environment, the Managua Citizen Power Mayor's Office held this Friday, November 19, the obstacle course championship, as part of the Managua 2021 Youth Games.

The sports activity had the participation of more than 50 young people, in the male branch of the different districts of Managua and students of the National Technological Institute, who gathered at the extreme track of Paseo Xolotlán, to show all their skills in this circuit, where trophies and medals will be awarded to the first places.

“Each team is made up of 4 members who must run on mud and tires to achieve the best possible time and qualify for the next round, where the first three places will be chosen. The participants will travel around a kilometer and have various types of obstacles. . Here we have men and women in all the teams and we know that this is a very entertaining competition for everyone because it fosters a healthy environment”, said the Director of Sports of the Municipality, Compañero Noel González.

Likewise, González announced that the second obstacle course competition at the Managua 2021 Youth Games will take place in the first days of December.
