10 new blocks are built in the Jonathan González neighborhood

This Saturday, November 20, Comrade Fidel Moreno, Secretary General of the Municipality, visited the Jonathan González neighborhood, located in the central area of the Capital, where 10 new blocks of the Calles para el Pueblo 2021 Program are being paved.

With this work, a scope of 1,170 completed blocks is achieved, of the 1,242 projected to be executed this year, which represents the 94% of compliance, as announced by the capital official.

Likewise, he reported that with this road improvement project, 90% of the coverage of paved streets in this neighborhood is reached, directly benefiting more than 10,000 inhabitants of the area.

During this visit, Comrade Moreno recalled the poor conditions in which the inhabitants of this community lived, for which the Good Sandinista Government prepared to carry out works that would contribute to improving the living conditions of the families, with the construction of 5 works storm drainage, 8 road improvement projects and the delivery of 53 decent homes.

For its part, the population was happy with the work, as expressed by Mrs. Azucena Arias who said she felt satisfied with this new road improvement project, which is added to the rest of the works they have received.
