Family from the Rieles Abajo neighborhood receives decent housing

With the joy of living in peace, the community of the Rieles Abajo neighborhood of District VI celebrated the construction of a new decent home for the family of Mrs. Iris Tatiana López Balmaceda, who lived in precarious conditions with her son and her mother, Therefore, the Sandinista Government carried out this work of love and solidarity, which improves the living conditions of this family from the capital.

The keys to the decent home were handed over to the main family by Jennifer Porras López, Secretary of the Managua Council, and Mr. Iván Lo, Minister Counselor of the Taiwanese Embassy in Nicaragua.

In this inaugural activity, Mrs. María Balmaceda, the protagonist's mother, said she was happy with her new home, where she will live more safely with her daughter and grandson, at the same time, she thanked God and the Good Government for having improved their living conditions. life, because they spent many years exposed to the adversities of the climate.

For her part, comrade Jennifer Porras López, Secretary of the Managua Council, congratulated the protagonist family and explained that in this community since 2013, the Good Government has invested more than 38 million córdobas in road improvement works, storm drainage , sanitary sewage system and the construction of 32 decent homes.

He added that 9 new blocks were recently paved, through the Calles para el Pueblo 2021 program, with an investment of more than 6 million córdobas, which benefit almost 1,000 families in this community.
