






Joy floods Doña Socorro Mendoza Santamaría and her family, the Good Government through the Municipality and the generosity of the sister people of China (Taiwan), completely rebuilt her humble house of old zinc sheets, which for years exhibited to vulnerability.
Doña Socorro is 70 years old, self-employed and with her, there are 4 people who live in this dignified house, located in the René Cisneros neighborhood of District I, where the municipal authorities and representatives of the diplomatic mission of China ( Taiwan), were present to officially hand over the keys to the new housing infrastructure.
“I feel happy, it seems incredible to me. Today I thank God and then the Commander, Mrs. Rosario Murillo, that I am already in my little house, I am very moved,” said the beneficiary.
The Minister Counselor of the Embassy of China (Taiwan), Mr. Iván Lo, stressed that seeing the happiness of humble families upon receiving their new homes encourages them to continue supporting this program of love, "our commitment to this people, with this The Government, to support this social development, is always firm and willing to continue working and to continue providing more homes to the most vulnerable families, which not only provides homes in Managua, but is expanding to different departments, in more than 50 municipalities. The municipal authority, represented by Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales, highlighted that in the René Cisneros neighborhood alone, where there are 8,000 inhabitants and more than 1,600 homes, the Good Government has delivered 17 decent houses, in addition to improving streets, storm drainage , recreational spaces, sports facilities, schools, health centers, among other social welfare projects.
