Turning the dreams of families into reality, once again the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, through the Bismarck Martínez Program, delivered 400 homes in the Flor de Pino urbanization, located on the North highway.
This Bismarck Martínez housing program is the result of the work articulated between the Good Government and the Municipality, which with this delivery reaches 2,050 homes built throughout the municipality of Managua, as part of the commitment to guarantee housing solutions to the people Nicaraguan.
The inauguration act of the social interest housing was presided over by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who handed over the keys to each protagonist family, who will no longer have to rent or stay with their relatives, because they already have with their own home. The protagonists were happy with their homes, as expressed by Mrs. Josefa Meneses, 54 years old, who for more than 30 years had to rent and now feels very grateful to this housing program.
In the same way, the young Ángel García manifested himself, who said that now he will live in his own roof with his wife, a dream that has come true.
This is the seventeenth delivery of homes under the Bismarck Martínez Program and the first to be carried out in the Flor de Pino urbanization, located in District VI, which will have 817 homes and will have all the necessary urban conditions, such as water services drinking water, sanitary sewage, public lighting, recreation areas; in addition, complementary infrastructure areas essential for life, such as preschools, health posts and schools.
