










On the morning of Saturday, October 30, the Secretary General of the Capital Commune, Fidel Moreno Briones, made a supervision visit to the road improvement project, which is being carried out in the Quinta Pacheco neighborhood, located in District VI, in the northern area. From the capital.
The road work includes improving 3 blocks of asphalt streets, with an investment amount of 916 thousand 480 cordobas, to directly benefit 1 thousand 488 inhabitants, settled in 248 homes.
The Secretary General assured that the road works in the area are progressing at a good pace, "the work will be finished today, afterwards there are only some refinements left, so we will be inaugurating in the first days of next week."
He announced that with this project in Quinta Pacheco, 1,118 blocks of the Calles para el Pueblo Program are reached, which represents an 82% of progress and it is expected to close the month of October with 1,24 blocks completed, with which the established goal would be exceeded.
Likewise, he reported that prior to this improvement of streets, wastewater and sanitary modules were installed in this sector to ensure connections within the homes of this community.
In this neighborhood of Managua, from 2009 to date, 13 million 597 thousand 551 córdobas have been invested in different projects for the common good.
