District III conducts consultation process to present Preliminary Draft of the Annual Investment Plan

The Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, held on the afternoon of this Wednesday, October 20, the Consultative Council of the Municipal Budget of Income and Expenditure 2022, as part of direct communication and attention to the demands of the population of the neighborhoods of District III .

The Draft of the Investment Plan for next year was presented by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado and has an estimated total income of 7 thousand 010 million 011 thousand 422 córdobas, to continue bringing well-being to the families of the Capital.

For District III, the Municipality plans to invest 583 million 120 thousand 430 córdobas, through road improvement projects, storm drainage, sanitary drainage, mitigation works, human development investments, road works maintenance plan, maintenance and recovery of public spaces in parks and courts, green areas and some bus stops in this District, improvements in the public cleaning system and environmental projects, all of which are reflected in the Annual Investment Plan for 2022.

“Today we were in District III, the families were very happy, there was a significant attendance, the families concerned about the well-being of the community and exposing the problems they have, for this District we have accomplished little by little, but with firm steps we have advanced a lot, through the projects in our Annual Investment Plan, ”said Mayor Rueda.

The mayor of the capital reported that for the year 2022 this District III has a budget for 19 district projects, estimated at 25 million córdobas, 11 environmental projects with an investment of a little more than 5 million córdobas, 48 infrastructure projects with more of 55 million córdobas, 45 human development projects, with an amount of 20 million córdobas, plus special attention from the Streets for the People Program.

Among the benefited neighborhoods are: Carlos Fonseca, Buena Vista Annex, Recreo Sur, Omar Torrijos, Lomas de San Juan, Marvin Marín, Camilo Ortega, Filos de Cuajachillo, Cedro Galán, Ticomo Comarca, La Zacatera, William Galeano and Santa Ana Norte .
