Comuna Capitalina works on the paving of streets in the Georgino Andrade neighborhood

On the morning of this Tuesday, October 19, Comrade Fidel Moreno, Secretary General of the Mayor's Office of Managua visited the Georgino Andrade neighborhood of District VII, where the paving of 6 blocks of streets that were on land is being carried out, as part of the Streets Program for the Town 2021.

During this supervision visit, the capital official talked and attended to the needs of the community; He also stated that this work consists of the asphalt coating of 6 new streets, directly benefiting 1,255 families in the sector.

Likewise, he announced that to date the Calles para el Pueblo 2021 program has completed 919 new blocks, of the 1,242 projected to be executed this year, which represents the 74% of progress.

The residents were happy with the execution of this work, which will improve the entrance to the community school center, guaranteeing better conditions for the students; In addition, to improve access for the entry of public transport, emergency services, patrols and the garbage collection truck.
