Third Phase of the Youth Games Taekwondo Championship

This Sunday the third phase of the group B Taekwondo championship took place, which takes place as part of the Managua 2021 Youth Games.

During this sporting event, young athletes from 16 taekwondo academies from districts 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Managua participated, who compete in the third phase, to later compete with group A.

One of the best prospects of this group is the young Jerry Mansell, who has stood out nationally and internationally, in this tournament he took the opportunity to thank the Good Government for the support it provides to the sport, he explained that before they had to wait until 6 months to compete in a tournament, and now there is a greater opportunity to get blanked out and gain more experience.

Taekwondo is one of the sports that is being promoted the most at the national level, according to the statistics of the Taekwondo Federation, which indicates that this sporting discipline already has more than 5 thousand athletes throughout the country.
