Happy and very satisfied are the residents of the San José de las Cañadas region, District III of Managua, who now have their main street paved with hydraulic concrete, a road improvement and storm drainage project, executed by the Sandinista Government .
The work was delivered to the community by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who announced that this work for the common good, consisted of the paving of 4 blocks of hydraulic concrete, with an investment of 7 million 759 thousand córdobas, which directly benefits 277 families in this sector.
Rueda added that with this work, a critical point due to flooding and collapse, which affected these families for many years in the winter season, was eliminated, leaving them isolated and the access road was impassable.
In the last 12 years, the Sandinista government has invested 12 million 400 thousand córdobas in road improvement projects, storm drainage, as well as the construction of 9 decent homes for the same number of families.
