The road improvement project through asphalt coating in the La Esperanza neighborhood in District III of Managua, is progressing satisfactorily, as was confirmed on the morning of this Wednesday, October 6, by the Secretary General of the Capital Commune, comrade Fidel Moreno Briones, during a supervisory visit to the area.
The new road work that is part of the emblematic Calles para el Pueblo 2021 Program, contemplates the paving of 6 street blocks, which were totally destroyed and has an investment amount of 2 million 616 thousand 114 córdobas, with which it will benefit 2 thousand 634 inhabitants, integrated into 491 families of the neighborhood.
“We are working simultaneously in 18 neighborhoods in Managua, visiting a project every day. This work at this point in the Capital is expected to be ready within 15 to 20 days, ”Moreno reported.
Likewise, he announced that with this road improvement in the La Esperanza neighborhood, the Streets for the People Program reaches 72%, with 894 blocks served, of the 1,242 projected to improve in this year 2021. Similarly, he announced that This week it is expected to exceed 900 blocks, which augurs a good result of this program, promoted by Good Government.
