Lions of the Mayor's Office of Managua with perfect step in First Division Volleyball

The Lions of the Managua Mayor's Office roared at the Spain Sports Center after defeating the Indigenous people of Matagalpa in three sets on the third day of men's volleyball in the First Division, this Saturday, August 7.

The capital team beat the Matagalpian arrows 25-21, 25-23 and 25-13 to set their records of three wins and zero losses for those led by Osman Hernández.

The Lions come from beating the Carazo coffee growers in three sets and the Brumas de Jinotega for the same result, on matchday 1 and 2 respectively.

Likewise, on Sunday August 8, matchday 4 was played where the Lions of the Managua Mayor's Office defeated the Panthers at the Spain Sports Center, to continue being leaders alone and being one of the favorites for the title.

Carlos Kasper, coach of the Lions team, said that it is the third game of the regular round and in the first two games this team has had good results, "the more we play, the more we connect," he said.

“There is a lot of competition, all the teams have a high level. There is nothing for anyone. All the teams are fairly level, "said the cat's coach.
