Renovated recreation space in the Benedicto Valverde neighborhood community

As part of the support for sports and healthy recreation of the capital's families, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua rehabilitated the multipurpose court in the Benedicto Valverde neighborhood, located in District IV.

This renovation was inaugurated by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who stated that the Municipality carries out these tasks constantly and permanently, in the 334 public spaces that exist in the capital.

Likewise, he explained that through this improvement, the perimeter wall, the metal swings, the access gates, the benches and the railing were painted; in addition, the repair of 50 linear meters of the perimeter fence with cyclone mesh.

With this project, the living conditions of more than 250 families in the community were improved, with an investment of 100,000 córdobas and where its inhabitants were happy with this work of the common good, as expressed by the young Alexander García and Gerson Moisés Lara, who expressed their commitment to take care of this field, as part of shared responsibility.

In this activity, the capital city mayor announced that in the last 6 years, this community has benefited from road improvement projects, storm drainage, public lighting, as well as water and sanitation, with an investment of approximately 47 million euros. Córdobas, complying with the guidelines of Commander Daniel and Compañera Vice President Rosario Murillo, to improve the living conditions of all Nicaraguan families.
