Men's Volleyball Tournament starts 2021

As part of the support provided by Good Government to sport, in its different disciplines, the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power of Managua, inaugurated this Friday, July 30, the first edition of the Men's Volleyball League 2021, which will be played in a period of 3 months in different scenarios of our country.

This tournament guarantees the continuity of the project that was launched at the beginning of this year, in the female branch in conjunction with the Volleyball Federation.

For this edition the Leones de Managua, Cafetaleros de Carazo, Brumas de Jinotega, Toros de Chontales, Frente Sur Rivas, Real Estelí, Panteras de Managua and Indígenas de Matagalpa teams participate.

Comrade Noel González, Director of Sports of the Managua Mayor's Office, participated in this inauguration, who explained that each of the 8 participating teams will have a roster of 12 athletes, of which 4 category A (Senior) may be on the field. together with two youth players, a requirement that aims to develop this sporting discipline and give equity to the tournament.
