William Sport 2021 first baseball championship takes off

As part of healthy recreation and the promotion of sport in all its disciplines, the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power through the Sports Directorate, started the William Sport 2021 championship.

The official opening of this championship was held at the Roberto Clemente stadium located in the Luis Alfonso Velásquez Flores park, which will feature the participation of 7 teams that will compete from July 29 to 31.

Among the teams that will participate in this first edition of the championship, is the northern representation, Estelí. Likewise, the Chontales team could not miss the representation of León, San Rafael del Sur, Frente Sur Rivas and two capital teams, Managua A and Managua B.

Children under 12 years of age participate in this baseball tournament, who will demonstrate their skills at the Roberto Clemente stadium in the Luis Alfonso Velásquez Flores park and the Comandante Hugo Chávez sports complex located on September 14, where the first, second and third will be awarded. place, in addition to the individual awards of the best players in this championship.
