Pedro Betancourt neighborhood benefited with 13 new blocks

Managua authorities carried out this Tuesday, July 27, a supervision of the road improvement project that is being carried out in the Pedro Betancourt neighborhood of District VII, through the 2021 Streets for the People Program, which to date has progressed in the Capital from 70%, with 581 blocks completed.

The Secretary General, comrade Fidel Moreno, explained that the works in this neighborhood consist of the asphalt coating of 13 blocks that were on the ground and with which the 100% of the paved streets of this sector is completed.

The main families were happy and satisfied with this work for the common good that significantly changes their living conditions, as stated by Mrs. July López, who said that these new streets have served as a great advance for her community and that with them now puddles and dust will be reduced.

The Municipality in this capital neighborhood has invested more than 9 million córdobas in the execution of road improvement and storm drainage projects, as well as the construction of 5 decent houses, which bring benefits to families.
