Bismarck Martínez Program makes the twelfth delivery of 100 homes to leading families

Guaranteeing the constitutional right to have a decent, comfortable and safe home for Nicaraguan families, the Good Government led by Commander Daniel and Vice President Rosario Murillo, through the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, delivered late on Wednesday 30 of June, 100 new homes for the same number of low-income families, with a total of 1,200 homes in the Villa Jerusalen Urbanization, of the Bismarck Martínez Program.

The delivery of these homes was presided over by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who congratulated the protagonist families and stated that this housing program is part of the Sandinista government's strategies and policies, which guarantee the well-being of the families.

"This program has been received with great hope, with much love, much affection and has been embraced by thousands and thousands of families nationwide, because the project that bears the name of that unconditional companion, a loyal companion, an extraordinary companion like is partner Bismarck Martínez. For us it is a stimulus and it really motivates us to be celebrating because the joy of each family is also ours, their need is also ours ”, said Rueda.

Likewise, the mayor of the capital highlighted the restitution of the rights of Nicaraguan families, “when not having a home there is anguish, there is despair and the demand for housing is real and only our Good Government has listened and created those strategies so that families that before they were not subject to credits, that they were not listened to and were invisible towards the strategies of other governments, today it is real and we do not say it, each one of the protagonists says it ”.
