Inhabitants of the Grenada neighborhood open 13 blocks of paved streets

Committed to improving the living conditions of capital families, the Good Government led by Commander Daniel and Vice President Rosario Murillo, through the 2021 Annual Investment Plan, inaugurated 13 new blocks that were previously in poor condition in the Grenada neighborhood of the District V.

The work of restitution of rights had an investment of more than 3 million cordobas and consisted of the asphalt coating of 1,161.8 linear meters of streets, equivalent to 13 blocks with a thickness of 3 centimeters, work that benefits 3,946 inhabitants divided into 499 families from this point of the capital.

This project was inaugurated and handed over to the families by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda, who stated that the Municipality continues to work for the well-being of the families.

"We are happy to have changed the lives of the families, really as they told me that they never expected that progress would reach this point in the capital, thanks to the solidarity of Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario," said Rueda.

Martha Flores, inhabitant and protagonist of this road project, said she felt grateful to the Sandinista Government, "I thought I was going to die and I was not going to see my beautiful streets, we are very happy because before you could not even walk."
