The emblematic Streets for the People Program continues to improve living conditions for families in the capital. This Thursday, June 3, the Sector 17 neighborhood of District V of Managua was visited, where the asphalt surfacing of 8 blocks of this community was carried out.

The supervision of this road improvement was carried out by colleague Jasson Toruño, Director of Infrastructure of the Municipality, who announced that this project has an investment of approximately 2 million cordobas.

He also explained that with these new paved streets, 422 blocks have been improved throughout the city, which represents almost the 51% of progress of the 2021 Streets for the People Program.

The official said that in addition to this road improvement, the Good Government has invested around 12 million córdobas in the execution of road and storm drainage projects, significantly improving the living conditions of the families of the Grenada, Adolfo Reyes and Sector 17.
