Businesses affected by fire receive construction materials

In immediate and timely attention, the Good Government, through the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, delivered construction materials to the merchants of the Hook of Roads sector in the Eastern market, who were affected by a fire, on the morning of 04 of May.

The Vice Mayor of Managua, Enrique Armas Rosales, was present at the place providing accompaniment to the affected merchants and transmitted the message of solidarity from President Daniel and Compañera Vice President Rosario Murillo.

During this visit, the mayor of the capital announced that the accident affected 4 sections partially and 2 sections were totally affected and explained that 20 sheets of zinc and 6 perlines will be delivered, for each of the sections with total damages, in addition of the exemption of the rental fee for a period of 6 months, this last benefit will also be provided to the other 4 sections that suffered partial damages and to the electrical system.

For their part, the affected merchants thanked the Good Government, for the support provided from the beginning, as expressed by Don Fernando Cruz Mendoza, who lost all his sales and said that he estimates his material losses at about 1,500 dollars.

"God is good and today I thank him for his blessings, I also warmly thank President Daniel, I know that he is a generous and good man and he helps us those in need," said Fernando Cruz.

Another who joined in the words of gratitude was the merchant Lilliam del Socorro Loáisiga, who also received construction materials, due to the total damages in her section.

“The help they are giving us seems good to me, thank God for his love and for touching the heart of the President who today gives us this support. I sold national clothes, masks and I lost around 400 thousand córdobas, however, I know that we are going to rise from the ashes with the help of God ”, Loáisiga concluded.
