As of today, the managuas have an instrument that will guide them step by step in the constructions and extensions of their homes, according to modern construction trends, according to the update of the new Urban Planning Book for the Municipality of Managua, in its first 2021 edition, which was presented this morning by the Capital Commune through the Environment Department.
The new booklet will allow families to optimize time and resources when carrying out their urban procedures, providing them with up-to-date and immediate information on the requirements and procedures that must be carried out to request a building permit or other urban service, consultations can be made online through the Municipality's website www.managua.gob.ni
In addition, the booklet has the norms and legislation in force for the urban development of the municipality of Managua, it presents maps and photographic galleries of the emblematic constructions of Managua from before and after the 1972 earthquake.
The booklet is also aimed at engineering and architecture students as it contains a graphic and textual description of the most relevant urban concepts that will facilitate their understanding.
