With an afternoon of sports and a cultural extravaganza, families from the José Benito Escobar neighborhood of District VI of Managua celebrated the inauguration of 3 blocks of new streets, which were previously in poor condition.
This road improvement project had an investment of 1,336 thousand córdobas and is part of the "Streets for the People" Program, a work to restore rights that benefits 13,032 inhabitants of this part of the Capital.
The work was inaugurated and delivered to the families of this sector, by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, through an act that featured cultural numbers and the awards of the teams that participated in the sports afternoon.
“We feel privileged to be part of these changes, thanks to our Good Government led by Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario, we continue to serve the families of the capital. We are going to continue delivering projects for the common good, ”said Mayor Rueda.
"We are grateful to our Good Government, these streets have been in poor condition for 40 years, we are happy and joyful because we have benefited from these streets, it completely changes our lives," said the protagonist of the neighborhood Marlon Flores.
