Bismarck Martínez Program delivers 100 new homes on International Women's Day

In greeting to International Women's Day, Good Government, through the Bismarck Martínez Program, delivered 100 new homes in the Villa Jerusalem housing project, to the same number of families, who previously did not have their own home.

In this installment, the happy faces of the main families were seen, as is the case of the marriage of the young Yajaira Sotelo and Yader Gutiérrez, who for 10 years rented and saw the need to have a home of their own; the married couple of Hanssel Medrano and Jennifer Zeledón, said they feel happy and grateful for this housing project developed by the Good Government, which offers very affordable rates and within the reach of many families who need their own home.

These new homes were delivered to the main families by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who highlighted the restitution of rights that are guaranteed to women, through the implementation of the policies and strategies promoted by the Sandinista government.

He also congratulated the protagonist families and explained that, with this new delivery of homes, 900 houses have been delivered in the Villa Jerusalen Urbanization and said that in this year 2021, it is expected to complete the delivery of 3,000 homes and 4,000 lots of urbanized land.

These homes have a dimension of 54 square meters, totally concrete, with a common area for living room, kitchen, dining room, as well as spaces for 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom between the rooms, a laundry area on the outside.
