Restoring the rights and improving the living conditions of the capital's families, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua inaugurated five new blocks of streets, which were previously in poor condition, in the San Sebastián neighborhood of District II of the Capital.
This road improvement project had an investment of 1,358,000 cordobas and is part of the 2021 Annual Investment Plan. This work to restore rights benefits 3,339 inhabitants of this sector.
The work was inaugurated and delivered to the families of the community by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who stated that the Municipality continues to advance with the execution of the projects for the benefit of the residents of the capital.
This work for the common good offers an alternate route in the eastern and western part of District II, since this section connects the north pair with the south pair, as well as the coastal neighborhoods of this area of Managua.
For its part, the community was satisfied and happy, as expressed by Doña Yolanda Rodríguez, “we are happy and joyful because we have benefited from these streets, these new blocks change our lives completely, now we will be able to go out at night, the Taxis will drop us off at the door of the house ”, he commented.
