Calles para el Pueblo 2021 will reach 10 percent progress by the end of January

The "Streets for the People 2021" Program has an 8 percent advance with 68 blocks served and at the end of January it will close with 10 percent advance of the global goal proposed for this year, which is 830 blocks, as reported the Secretary General, Fidel Moreno in the Lomas de Guadalupe neighborhood in District VII, during a tour to evaluate the project that will asphalt 10 new blocks that were previously on land, the new road work has an investment of 3.5 million cordobas.

Moreno announced that this year Calles para el Pueblo will benefit 450 thousand protagonists with 102 projects in 830 restored or totally new blocks, investing in the capital's road infrastructure with just over 287 million córdobas.

The Municipality has been working in Lomas de Guadalupe since 2010 and in that period 34 million córdobas have been invested in drainage and road improvement works with 5 projects, this year, the 9,320 residents of the neighborhood will benefit from two projects, the first to be executed through Calles para el Pueblo and the second also for road improvement, which will be with hydraulic concrete through the Annual Investment Plan.
