Within the framework of the Dariana Day and promoting art and culture in our population, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua performed a dramatization of several stories from the book Cantos de Vida y Esperanza, written by our universal poet Rubén Darío.
Comrade Griselda Rivas, Director of Cultural Programs of the Mayor's Office of Managua, expressed that the play "To my illustrious teacher" is part of the theatrical presentations with music and dance, which will be held in the different neighborhoods of the capital city, to promote a culture of peace through art.
“We are taking the legacy of our universal poet Rubén Darío to the neighborhoods of Managua, working in coordination with young people at risk, because we are building the consciousness of our youth, aimed at a culture of peace, from art… which is the universal language so that young people can develop for the better, ”added Rivas.
