In a visit made by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, to the Citizen Attention Center located in the National Baseball Stadium, she invited taxpayers to pay their taxes and vehicle owners to acquire the Rolling Sticker, before the March 31, the date on which the period to exercise this municipal tax expires.
