Dignified Housing Program brings well-being to the family of the Santa Rosa neighborhood

The afternoon of this Thursday, January 14, will not be forgotten for the family of Mr. José Manuel Hernández and Mrs. Roberta Velásquez, who received the keys to their new home, which was rebuilt by the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, through the Dignified Housing Program that promotes Good Governance, with the solidarity support of the sister Republic of China (Taiwan).

This new dignified home was built in the Santa Rosa neighborhood of District IV, which represents house number 358 built by the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power of Managua, with the support of the brother people and Government of China (Taiwan) and number 56 that It is built in this community since 2009 to date.

The keys to this new dignified home were given to the main family by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado and Mr. Jaime Chin-Mu Wu, Ambassador of Taiwan in Nicaragua, who expressed his congratulations to the protagonist family since they now live in a safe house in which they can live more peacefully, with their relatives and added that for them “it is always a pleasure to accompany Mayor Reyna Rueda, the Mayor's Office team in this project, who work day and night for the welfare of the families from the capital ... so we will withdraw our commitment, to continue accompanying the Mayor's Office of Managua to continue building houses for the families who deserve it ”.

The Mayor of Managua expressed the good will of the Good Government to continue developing more projects and programs to restore rights for families in the capital; Likewise, it announced that in the 2021 Annual Investment Plan, in District IV it contemplates an investment of more than 29 million córdobas, in direct attention to the population, through road improvement works, storm drainage, as well as streets for the people, that will serve the Santa Rosa, Hilario Sánchez, Benedicto Valverde, and Las Torres neighborhoods, among others.
