Bismarck Martínez Program makes the seventh delivery of 100 homes to leading families

On New Year's Eve, one hundred families from the capital were the protagonists of the seventh delivery of 100 homes of the Bismarck Martínez Program, in the Villa Jerusalen Urbanization, located in Sabana Grande in District VII of Managua.

The ceremony for the delivery of these 100 houses was chaired by the Mayor of Managua, comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who handed over the keys to the new homes and thanked each family for the trust that Commander Daniel Ortega and Vice President Rosario Murillo have who work. for the welfare of families.

“This program has been received with great hope, with much love, much affection and has been embraced by thousands and thousands of families nationwide, because the project that bears the name of that unconditional companion, a loyal companion, an extraordinary companion like is the colleague Bismark Martínez. For us it is an encouragement and it really motivates us to be celebrating because the joy of each family is also ours, their need is also ours ”, said Mayor Rueda.

He stressed that the Good Government has fulfilled the commitment to restore the right to have a home of their own, with affordable fees for those families who have nowhere to live and are not considered creditworthy by banking institutions.

“When not having a home there is anguish, there is despair and there is a real demand and the housing demand is real and only our Good Government has listened and has created those strategies so that families that were not previously subject to loans, who do not they were heard and they were invisible towards the strategies of other governments, today it is real and we do not say it, each one of the protagonists says it and why do they say it? because they had faith and hope and they see that this project is real ”, added Rueda.

Janina Úbeda, was very emotional when receiving the keys to her new home, she is a single mother and the protagonist of this family welfare program.

“I can't believe it, I'm finally going to stop renting and I can inherit my son! Thanks to our President Daniel Ortega who cares about those of us who need a home. This is the only government that has provided us with this opportunity and will continue to provide us with it. Now I am going to stop renting, for me that is exciting, I was paying $ 100 and here I will pay much less and it is something that is mine. I am going to move and what I am going to save I will invest in my house, "said the protagonist.

Mayor Rueda also highlighted the fundamental role of the 415 project workers who worked non-stop throughout the year, even with the Covid-19 pandemic and the rains caused by Eta and Iota. “They were months of hard work, from Monday to Friday from 7:00 in the morning to 6:00 in the afternoon and on Saturdays from 7:00 in the morning to 4:00 in the afternoon, the construction process never stopped. neither because of the crisis generated by the pandemic, nor because of the rains ”.
