The discounts were announced during the visit made by colleague Jennifer Porras, Secretary of the Municipal Council, to the Iván Montenegro market, as part of the Citizen Power model and direct communication with the merchants of the municipal markets.
Comrade Freddy Casco, General Director of the Municipal Market Corporation of Managua, stated that the Municipality, through COMMEMA, in coordination with the merchants' associations and the National Police, are making efforts to guarantee the safety of the families who make their purchases. in the 8 municipal markets, as well as their merchants.
Vendors at the Iván Montenegro market, located in District VII of the capital, expressed that families can find all the products at low prices and with many offers, as announced by the merchant Manuela Escalante.
