This afternoon, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, with the solidarity support of China (Taiwan), handed over dignified housing number 350 to the family of Mrs. Georgina María Reyes, a resident of the Selim Shible neighborhood of District IV of the capital.
The main family was happy with the construction of their new home, in which they will now spend Christmas and the beginning of the year in better conditions, without fear of rains and strong winds, for which they thanked the Good Government and the solidarity of the brother people and government of China (Taiwan).
This work of restitution of rights was inaugurated and delivered to the beneficiary family, by companion Jennifer Porras, Secretary of the Managua Council and Mrs. Irma Chen, Minister Counselor of the Embassy of Taiwan in Nicaragua, who handed over the keys to the new house to Mrs. Gregoria Reyes.
For her part, comrade Jennifer Porras expressed her gratitude to the Diplomatic Mission of China (Taiwan) for the support with the execution of this program of love and solidarity; Likewise, he announced that since 2009 to date, the Good Government has built 17 decent homes in this community in District IV of the capital.
Similarly, he reported that in this capital neighborhood, in the last 5 years, 4 road improvement projects, storm drainage and sanitary sewerage have been carried out for the benefit of the population; Likewise, through the 2020 Annual Investment Plan, 12 infrastructure projects were executed, with an investment of 10 million córdobas, plus 15 million córdobas, destined to the 2020 Streets for the People Program, which improved the family environment in the neighborhoods of Venezuela , Loma de Chico Pelón, Domitila Lugo, among others.
