In compliance with the model of citizen power and in direct communication with the population, the Managua Mayor's Office held the Consultative Council for the Municipal Budget of Income and Expenditure 2021, in District III of the capital city.
At this consultative meeting, the Mayor of Managua, comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado, presented to the participating community the Proposal of the Preliminary Draft of the General Budget of Income and Expenditure of the Municipality for the year 2021, which has a projection of 6 thousand 499 million 880 thousand cordobas .
Similarly, he detailed that in District III, 59 projects will be executed: 39 projects through the Infrastructure Directorate with an investment of 41.5 million córdobas and 20 projects through the District Delegation, with an amount of 24 million córdobas; in addition to environmental projects, programs and human development projects; as well as public cleaning and maintenance works.
The 59 projects proposed to be carried out in this capital district are road improvement and storm drainage works as well as maintenance of parks and public spaces, benefiting the neighborhoods: Sierra Maestra, Marco Somarriba, Santa Catalina, Nueva Vista Annex, Pablo VI, among others.
