Managua Council approves Consultation Process for approval of the Municipal Budget of Income and Expenditure 2021

The Honorable Council of the Citizen Power of Managua in Extraordinary Session number 19 unanimously approved, to summon the population of the municipality of Managua to the Consultation Process of the Ordinance Project, which contains the Municipal Budget of Income and Expenditure for the year 2021, from from October 19 to October 29 of this year.

The Council established that during this consultation period meetings will be held between residents of the neighborhoods, civil society organizations and / or any natural or legal person of the territorial district of the Municipality, according to prior scheduling.

During the session, the members of the Council established that the Ordinary Municipal Council will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020, at 3:30 pm, in the Sports Court of the Civic Center.

In the same way, they specified that hearings will be granted to natural or legal persons, in the Secretariat of the Council, within the period between October 19 and October 29, 2020.

Likewise, it was determined that the Municipal Budget Project and its corresponding Ordinance will be available to the population in the Municipal Council Secretariat, Offices of the Territorial Delegations of Districts, Public Relations and Communication Directorate, General Planning Directorate.
