"Managua is more alive than ever" were the words of the Vice Mayor of Managua, Enrique Armas in promoting tourism in the municipality of Managua. This tourist launch of the capital was carried out to the rhythm of Xolo Batucada in the midst of piñatas for the children who visited the Aquatic Park and a mini fair prepared by tourism entrepreneurs who work in the different gastronomic businesses of Paseo Xolotlán.
Armas, together with the entrepreneurs of Paseo Xolotlán, informed the residents of the capital and tourists from the interior of the country, that the facilities of Paseo Xolotlán and Avenida Bolívar are available to tourists.
“We have good news, we have more and more visitors from the departments who come to visit Paseo Xolotlán and the attractions of Bolívar Avenue and we inform all these visitors that as of today, this tourist destination makes available to the residents of the capital. and from all the brothers of all the municipalities a variety of packages, where the rooms are offered for all the end of the year events such as graduation parties, weddings and piñatas, whether for birthdays or the piñatas that companies make for the children of its workers ”, explained the Vice Mayor.
He also added that "this weekend the nightlife of the capital begins with force and more joyful than ever, today many very famous establishments reopen such as the Habana restaurant in Altamira, the Moroco nightclub in the San Juan district, the New Company returns today and in that same frequency the different undertakings of the Paseo Xolotlán start to offer tourists a great variety of leisure and recreation ”.
Likewise, the entrepreneur in the gastronomic area and owner of Sport Pizza Pedro Noel González, thanked the support of the Central Government to support the tourism sector, a key piece in the country's economy.
"From here on Paseo Xolotlán and on behalf of all the businesses that operate in this place, we appreciate the initiative of the Government, Commander Daniel and INTUR in supporting all private initiatives in this sector of tourism since as small companies we are capable of taking out, maintaining and promoting the local economy of each municipality, this support is important because as Commander Daniel said recently, only together can we overcome and counteract the negative effects of the pandemic, we have faith in this project that together we will move forward ”.
