New family home in the Primero de Mayo neighborhood

This afternoon in the Primero de Mayo neighborhood of District IV, dignified housing number 329 was delivered, built by the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power of Managua with the support and solidarity of China (Taiwan).

This new dignified home was built in response to the emergency of the 53-year-old family of Mrs. Juana Gioconda Morales, who at the end of August a heavy rain collapsed her humble little house where she lived for many years with her husband. and one of his 3 children.

The house was handed over to the main family, by the Mayor of Managua, comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado and Mr. Jaime Chin-Mu Wu, Ambassador of China (Taiwan) in Nicaragua, who expressed the satisfaction of his government with the execution of this project of love and solidarity, which has guaranteed better living conditions for the neediest families.

For her part, the protagonist expressed her gratitude to the Good Government and to China (Taiwan), as well as to the organized community for the immediate attention given to her emergency, recalling that her house collapsed on a Saturday and Monday morning they began to build. your new home.

At this inauguration, comrade Reyna Rueda expressed the Good Government's commitment to continue working to improve the living conditions of Nicaraguan families and explained that in the Primero de Mayo neighborhood, in the last 9 years, the Sandinista Government has built 15 decent homes. To the same number of families in this community, he also announced that from 2017 to the present, the asphalt coating of 12 blocks of streets has been carried out with an investment of 1 million 930 thousand 450 córdobas.

He also stated that through the 2020 Annual Investment Plan, the Municipality executes 12 projects in this District, with an investment of 10 million córdobas, plus 15 million córdobas for the 2020 Streets for the People Program, which improved living conditions to the families of the neighborhoods: Venezuela, Loma de Chico Pelón, Domitila Lugo, among others from this district delegation.
