Bismarck Martínez Program makes the sixth delivery of homes in the Villa Jerusalen urbanization

This September 17, the Bismarck Martínez Program made the sixth delivery of 100 social-interest homes in the Villa Jerusalen Urbanization, in Managua, in greeting to the national holidays.

The Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda explained that this additional effort of the Central Government is being carried out to fulfill the population's commitment to deliver 1,000 homes and 2,000 plots of land this year.

"Thanks to President Daniel Ortega and Compañera Rosario, we continue to serve the families who trust in our model of care and restitution of rights. With this delivery we achieve that 600 protagonist families are benefited, families that have trusted and continue to trust only in our Revolution, it has made possible the restitution of thousands of families nationwide, either to have their little house or a piece of land, we are making a plus effort to fulfill this year 2020, with the delivery of 1 thousand homes and 2 thousand lots at the end of this year, we are very happy to serve you, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your trust, hope, faith and support for our Revolution ”.

The delivery of housing was decked out with a waste of culture, with national dances performed by the Tehuantepec Folkloric Ballet.

Denis García, who has rented for 20 years, for not being a credit subject, expressed his gratitude to the Central Government for the opportunity to have a house of his own.

"First of all, I thank God and Commander Daniel Ortega and comrade Rosario Murillo, for giving an opportunity to low-income people, who already have a place to live, those of us who had nowhere to live. I am very happy because we are no longer posing or renting; we already have what belongs to us ”, said the protagonist.

Rueda announced that in Villa Jerusalen, in the coming years, they will be building 3,000 homes with their streets, fully urbanized, with their electricity, drinking water, rainwater and wastewater and everything that the family requires in each one. of the houses.
