Without stopping the continuous work that guarantees the well-being of the capital's families, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power executed, through the Calles para el Pueblo program, the construction of 3 new streets, in the Carlos Núñez neighborhood of District II of Managua.
This work of the common good was inaugurated and delivered to the families of the sector by comrade Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of Managua, who said that this project consisted of the paving of 3 blocks of streets with asphalt, which were in a natural state .
He also stated that this road improvement project directly benefits 12,460 inhabitants of the area and had an investment of 1,110,000 córdobas; He also highlighted the continuous work carried out by the Good Government to improve the living conditions of the families of this community, noting that in the last 5 years, the Municipality has invested 7 million 687 thousand córdobas in mitigation works in vulnerable areas or critical points, road improvement, as well as water supply and sanitation networks.
For its part, the benefited population was happy and grateful with this work that significantly changes the environment and contributes to improving their living conditions, as stated by the young Roxana Hernandez, who expressed her satisfaction with this work of progress for her community .
