Comarca Los Vanegas family receives decent housing

The Dignified Housing Program in its fourth stage moved to the Los Vanegas Region to deliver house 313 to the protagonist Jeannette del Carmen Andino Vargas who from now on, together with her 5 children, will begin a new life.

During the inauguration, the municipal authorities, together with representatives of the Embassy of Taiwan, shared with the community the joy of the protagonist family, with a cultural gala full of Nicaraguan folklore.

The Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda, explained that to date more than 300 homes have been delivered throughout the capital, managing to transform the quality of life of the protagonists thanks to the support of Taiwan.

“We thank God who allows us to work to transform the lives of each of these families, we feel privileged to be part of this process of changes and restitution of rights promoted by the government of Commander Daniel with the solidarity of our people. brother and friend of China (Taiwan) ”, expressed the mayor of the capital.

Ambassador Jaime Chin-Mu Wu, stated that the Dignified Housing Program will continue to have the support of his government, because it is a project of love that continues to transform the lives of the most vulnerable families.

"The protagonist family suffered a lot, the rains, storms, however, the alliance between the Government of Nicaragua and Taiwan allows restoring the rights of families in need, we work together to build decent houses for families living in deteriorated houses" commented the diplomat.

Jeannette Andino Vargas works as a domestic, for her and her children every time it rained it was distressing, because the water filtered through the roof and the lower part of the house, this situation was experienced for more than 15 years.

“For a mother it is difficult to see her children sleeping in the humidity, my previous house did not work, the water leaked everywhere, several times our clothes got wet and we really suffered a lot. Today, thanks to Taiwan and the government of Commander Daniel, we are receiving a new house, free, we do not pay anything and from now on our days will be full of joy ”.
