In response to the road network of the capital city, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power executes the Mechanized Patch Plan in the main roads of Managua.
Mechanized patching is a component of the "Streets for the People" Program, through which this year, the conditions of 83 blocks of main roads in the city will be improved.
The patching was supervised by comrade Fidel Moreno, Secretary General of the Mayor's Office of Managua, who announced that this plan is carried out at night, to reduce the effects on vehicular traffic and the public; He added that this plan consists of lifting the asphalt, which is recycled and replaced, to rehabilitate and extend the useful life of these main lanes.
Likewise, he expressed that this year 7 sections of main roads will be improved, which began on Monumental Avenue where 8 blocks were worked and currently progress is being made in the second section with 9 blocks on the La Refinería track and will continue on the others 5 sections of important roads in the city.
