Dignified Housing Program benefits a disabled mother in the Jocote Dulce Region

Dignified housing 304 will forever change the life of a 22-year-old girl, María Nayely Rodríguez, who is deaf from birth, she and her two daughters are the protagonists, her new house had to be built in an emergency because a few weeks ago a fire consumed the whole her home, Nayeli lives in the Jocote Dulce Comarca in the Sergio Tercero annex.

The Vice Mayor of Managua, Enrique Armas, reiterated the commitment of the government of President Ortega, to continue changing the lives of those families who are exposed to dangerous situations.

“It is a great joy for us as Mayor, for the entire community to be giving this house to Mrs. María thanks to the solidarity of the people of Taiwan, thanks to those instructions that Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario always give, and thanks to the efforts of the workers of the Mayor's Office, today is an afternoon full of blessings for Nayeli's family and for the entire community where more than a dozen decent homes have already been delivered and road improvement and storm drainage projects have been carried out ”.

The Ambassador of China (Taiwan) Mr. Jaime Chin-Mu Wu, reiterated the commitment to continue supporting programs like this one for the benefit of the most vulnerable families.

“We are very happy that a family that lived in such difficult, deteriorated conditions, now has its dignified house thanks to the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, the Mayor's Office, together with the solidarity of Taiwan, can help to improve conditions. we are satisfied, "said the diplomat.

María Nayely, with the help of her cousin who always helps her communicate with sign language, thanked all the people who made the miracle of having a new house possible.

“My daughters and I thank the government, the Mayor's Office because they never leave the people alone, they are always supporting the community. I remember that I cried a lot when my house burned down, it was destroyed and now we have a new home to live in, thank you because they never left me alone and they always supported me ”.
