This weekend from June 26 to 28, the Housing Expo 2020 takes place in Managua, with the presence of housing projects of social interest and with access to the housing subsidy provided by the Good Government, who organized this fair to continue bringing the social interest housing projects to all Nicaraguan families.
In this housing fair, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua was present, in a space where information is provided on the Bismarck Martínez Housing Program and on the housing construction permit processes, which is coordinated by the Municipal Urban Planning Department.
The Housing Expo 2020 had the participation of housing projects such as Urbanización San Miguel, Villa Castellón, Praderas de Sandino, Residencial Altos de Tipitapa, Vista de Momotombo, Altos de Motastepe, Praderas de Xilotepelt, Santa Eduviges, Villa Milagro II, among other urbanizers that offer affordable housing in the country.
The fair was inaugurated with the presence of the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, together with the president of the Nicaraguan Chamber of Developers and colleague Olivia Cano, Co-Director of INVUR who said that since 2007, Good Government has promoted and developed actions to guarantee the right to housing, a constitutional right that only the Sandinista National Liberation Front has made a reality for the Nicaraguan people, including it in the National Human Development Plan; achievement that has been quantified in more than 120 thousand homes built throughout the country.
