In tribute to Nicaraguan mothers, this May 30, the “Bismarck Martínez” Social Interest Housing Program made the third delivery of 100 houses in the new Villa Jerusalen urbanization, located in Sabana Grande in the VII district of the capital.
The Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda highlighted the commitment of the government led by Commander Daniel and Vice President Rosario Murillo to provide a response to families who have been renting for years because the banking institutions do not consider them credit subjects and stressed that even with the crisis caused by the pandemic, projects and programs do not stop.
The Secretary General, Fidel Moreno, in this third installment confirmed that parallel to this delivery of 100 homes, in the rest of the country a thousand lots of the Bismarck Martínez Program are being delivered, to honor Nicaraguan mothers.
At the same time, he announced that the land for the houses will be larger, if the main family requests it by paying an additional fee, this decision was made because there are large families and they need to build additional works to the 54-square-meter house.
