Committed to guaranteeing the well-being of the capital's families, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua continues to work on the execution of progress works throughout the capital; This Monday, May 25, comrade Fidel Moreno, Secretary General of the capital city, supervised the progress of the road improvement and storm drainage in the Pochocuape region of District III.
This work for the common good, which has an investment of a little more than 3.6 million córdobas, consists of the construction of 2 ramps with 245 linear meters of hydraulic concrete, which will help reduce the speed of the waters in the Lower Managua area. and improve the road infrastructure and access to this community, benefiting 2,800 people in the region.
Likewise, comrade Fidel Moreno Briones, stated that the Municipality in the last 10 years has been making investments in the construction of ramps that allow to reduce slopes and stabilize the soils, guaranteeing the accessibility of the roads; He also detailed that approximately 10 hydraulic concrete ramps have been built on the Pochocuape road and its 3 branches in recent years.
Similarly, he stated that the Municipality, with this work plus those carried out in recent years in this same area, has invested approximately 20 million córdobas in different projects.
