Committed to improving the living conditions of the capital's families, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua carried out the road improvement in 8 blocks of streets of District VI of Managua, which unites the Jorge Casally and Hugo Chávez neighborhoods, contributing to the well-being of a thousand 200 families in the sector.
This work for the common good had an investment of 4 million 400 thousand córdobas and consisted of the asphalt re-surfacing of 942 linear meters of new streets, which function as an alternative route to the North Highway, contributing to vehicular decongestion in peak hours.
Likewise, the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado expressed that in addition to this road improvement project, the Municipality will execute 13 with an investment of 20 million córdobas and through the "Streets for the People" Program, 15 million córdobas will be invested, to continue guaranteeing the progress and development of the capital city.
