Community parks and sports complexes in the capital under permanent disinfection

The Mayor's Office of Managua carried out for the second consecutive day, the disinfection days in all public spaces, in community parks, markets and bus stops.

Following the Government's guidelines directed by Commander Daniel and Vice President Rosario Murillo, prevention and hygiene measures are being applied in public and indoor spaces, as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).

The community gyms of the Las Piedrecitas Overpass and the Róger Deshon Sports Complex, where 2,800 athletes are being trained and trained, were disinfected on the afternoon of this 1st. of May.

The Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda explained that there are 236 parks, which will be permanently disinfected once a week, as well as the different sports complexes where there are academies in the different sports disciplines.

"Now we are disinfecting all those places that families visit, such as recreation and recreation centers, which is our responsibility because there are thousands of families who attend, ”said the Mayor.
