This Easter Monday, building authorities announced that the construction of the bridge that crosses the El Borbollón riverbed is completed, only the complementary works are missing, which are expected to be completed in three weeks.
This work, which is located to the east of the city, constitutes a new access road to the Nicaraguan capital and a new highway axis that will link the North Highway with the Masaya Highway.
This project is part of the extension of the Larreynaga track and consists of the construction of a 4-lane vehicular bridge in an area of 29 x 20 meters, as well as complementary works, including an asphalt layer of 90 linear meters and one of 138 linear meters of hydraulic concrete, with an investment of 86.2 million córdobas.
